摘要:
      南太行山水林田湖草修复工程是我国关于矿山生态、水体整治、林地修复、土地复垦综合整治项目。为评价工程实施效果,梳理高效率、易维护的生态保护修复实用技术模式,以河南五龙口北露天开采区(一期)矿山地质环境恢复治理工程为例,运用层次分析法,叠加模糊数学分指标,对河南南太行生态修复效果进行综合评价。以土壤质量、林草发育指标、环境恢复效果、植被观感效果为准则层,划分出16个分类指标;“自然修复+场地整理+河道清理+生态修复”技术模式4个准则层指标的发展程度分别为中等、良好、良好、良好,根据模型判断该模式的修复治理成效为良好。

Abstract:
      The restoration project of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes and grasslands in the southern part of the Taihang Mountains is a comprehensive improvement project in China concerning mine ecology, water body regulation, forest land restoration and land reclamation. To evaluate the implementation effect of the project, this paper reviews the practical technical models of ecological protection and restoration that are highly efficient and easy to maintain. Taking the geological environment restoration and governance project of the North Open-pit mining area (Phase I) in Wulongkou Town, Henan Province as an example, on the basis of applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and superimposing the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method, a comprehensive evaluation of the ecological restoration effect of the southern Taihang Mountains in Henan Province is conducted. Based on soil quality, forest and grassland development indicators, environmental restoration effects, and vegetation visual effects as the criterion layers, it is divided into 16 classification indicators. The development levels of the four criterion layer indicators of the "natural restoration + site preparation + river channel cleaning + ecological restoration" technical model are respectively medium, good, good and good. According to the model, the restoration and governance effect of this model is judged as good.
