摘要:
      为查清苏北丰县高氟区土壤中F的赋存形态及其影响因素,采用连续分级提取法,测定研究区表层和剖面土壤样品中不同形态F的含量,并与土壤物化指标含量进行相关性分析。结果表明:研究区土壤中F主要以残渣态(81.33%)形式存在,次为交换态(8.84%)、有机态(5.84%)、铁锰结合态(2.50%)及水溶态(1.49%);水溶态氟与有机态氟、交换态氟呈显著或极显著负相关(相关系数r分别为-0.359、-0.442),与残渣态氟的r为0.483,有机态氟与交换态氟呈显著正相关(r=0.300),而残渣态氟与铁锰结合态氟的r为0.466;水溶态氟与Mo、CaO、MgO、Sr、TFe2O3、Li、Ni、K2O等物化指标呈正相关,与P、TOC(总有机碳)、Se、pH值、Na2O呈负相关,表明其活性受矿物组成、氧化还原条件及有机质共同控制。研究成果可为该地区的地氟病科学防治与乡村振兴提供科学理论支撑。

Abstract:
      In order to investigate the occurrence forms and influencing factors of fluoride in the high-fluoride soil area of Fengxian County, northern Jiangsu Province, this study employed the sequential extraction method to determine the content of different fluoride fractions in surface and profile soil samples. Correlation analysis was also conducted between fluoride fractions and soil physicochemical indicators. The results showed that residual fluoride was the dominant fraction (81.33%), followed by exchangeable fluoride (8.84%), organic bound fluoride (5.84%), Fe-Mn oxide-bound fluoride (2.50%), and water-soluble fluoride (1.49%). Water-soluble fluoride exhibited a significant negative correlation with organic fluoride (r = -0.359) and a highly significant negative correlation with exchangeable fluoride (r = -0.442), and a highly significant positive correlation with residual fluoride (r = 0.483). Organic fluoride showed a significant positive correlation with exchangeable fluoride (r = 0.300), while residual fluoride had a highly significant positive correlation with Fe Mn oxide bound fluoride (r = 0.466). The activity of water-soluble fluoride, the most mobile and bioavailable form, was positively correlated with Mo, CaO, MgO, Sr, TFe2O3, Li, Ni, and K2O, and negatively correlated with P, TOC, Se, pH, and Na2O, indicating that its mobility is jointly controlled by mineral composition, redox conditions, and organic matter. The research results can provide scientific theoretical support for the prevention and control of endemic fluorosis and rural revitalization in this region.
